Ya´axtal Eco Tienda y Café, is a small mostly organic store that sells fresh produce, gluten free products, and dry goods food items; flours, sweeteners, grains, nuts, etc. They also sell biodegradable disposable products, household items, cleaning products, some health and beauty items, and artisan crafts like soaps and candles.
My friend Jette is so soon going to be managing the place while the owner is out on maternity leave.
Jette plans to re-invent the Café while she is there. She has a whole new menu planned and will start at 9am serving up tasty breakfast items.

Tuesdays will continue to be the day to get your fresh organic veg.
Ya'axtel is located on Prolongación de Montejo between calles 23 y 25 #109
between the Blockbuster and the Office Depot, but the other side of the street
Hours are as follows:
Monday through Friday
9 am to 3:00 p.m y 5 to 8 p.m.
(5-8 is store only, no Cafe service)
and
Saturdays 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
