This is not your standard gringo hangout. Seafood is the specialty of the house. The first night we went three of our group of five had the seafood soup, one had a fish fillet, and I had the nights special which was a hollowed out half pineappple filled with chunk of seafood and pineapple with a seafood broth pineapple reduction, absolutely amazing; it included rice and perfectly cooked veggies as sides.

The second time we went to Cisneros was to meet with Steve of mexpatriate - in the key of steve

Steve was able to coordinate a needed trip to PVR to coincide with our time here so we shared an afternoon at Cisneros. We had a lovely visit, talked of many things, and enjoyed a fabulous meal.

It was so cool that as we walked in Arturo, the waiter remembered Tom's and my name, and inquired about mr Jim and ms Andrea; he also mentioned Amaggio Jim and Andrea's neighbor who had accompanied us to dinner on our first occassion.

Arturo suggested the Daily Special which - Oh my goodness I can't even express how good the food was -  Calamar relleno con Mariscos. Seafood stuffed Squid, perfection!

We will definitly be going back again -
these guys REALLY know how to cook seafood!
