wipe that silly grin off your face.

I can't stop smiling - I am SO happy!

but I'm also a little, NO, a lot sad.

Little kitty found a home!

OK - I was calling him Scooter because he would stick his little cast out in front and scoot it along the floor.

I couldn't be more thrilled, little kitty is going to live with a family with 3 dogs and a cat already in residence, so I know the family are animal lovers.  They already know, use, and love scooter kitties veterinarian.  They've already decided how and when and where to house kitty so that he won't be left alone while recuperating.

New Moms, Patricia and Charis!

Rubi saying goodbye, she really loves little scooter kittie!

Scooter kittie travel bag! oolala,
very lucky little kittie!

Thank You Patricia, Charis, and family!

Seriously sweet and affectionate kitten needs a home

What a horror story with this poor little kitten, see first post here, then there was this .

Well poor little kitty finally came home yesterday (Wednesday, 31 July), that was 10 days in the vets.

He still has a cast, although now it is just gauze and the plastic brace, and because it is just gauze he has to wear a cone collar.

poor little thing - I was there when he got the cast replaced just before he came home yesterday and his little leg has sores on it from being in the cast so long.   He just wants to tend his leg.

So poor little guy gets some out of the box time now, but not much, but more than he got at the vet, oh and he was so happy he found a patch of sun.

So in 10 days or so little guy will go in for esterilization and cast removal.

This guy really needs a home.  I can't/won't be able to keep him past the end of the month, and sadly while here he must live in a cage except for brief periods because one of my dogs will hurt him.

if you or someone you know would like a very affection little kitten, please show them these posts.  He really is very loving and friendly.

This adorable kitten goes to the shelter today at 5
unless someone steps up.

It came into our yard last night, with a very tight ribbon knotted around its throat.   We removed the ribbon, fed and watered it, and put it back out to hopefully find its way home.  NOPE!  Still out there this am.  It can't be in our yard cause the dogs will damage it!

If a cat is in the house it is a curiosity to Tech, if it is outside it is an intruder and needs to be dispatched.

This kitten appears to be 3 months old, possibly male, purrs and nuzzles like you wouldn't believe, is apprehensive about the dogs but not terrified, used the litter box, and as you can see is totally adorable!

If you want it PLEASE contact us - even if you can't get it today!

There is a free spay/neuter clinic in 9 days, just in time to get this little thing fixed - FREE, did I mention Free?

is good for your health!

Once again friend Nancy has been gifted by her neighborhoods cat population with kittens born on her service porch.   You may remember a kitten I posted earlier this year.
These three kittens were born the first week in August - Nancy has just removed them from their mother and is in the process of box training, identifying their sex,  and socializing them.
Oh my gosh they are cuties.

The siamese looking  with the dark ears has longish hair,
and look at those painted toes.
The smaller siamese looking has butter creme
colored tiger stripes on its sugar colored legs.

And the tiger calico is just gorgeous.
