Hacienda San Jose Pachul is a FABULOUS way to treat yourself to incredible food, in an amazingly beautiful location, surrounded by the sounds of birds, frogs, and friends.
Richard and Jose have done an AMAZING job of taking a ruined shell of a building(s) and overgrown jungle and creating an AWESOME place you just don't want to stay away from. They've been open about a year, after nearly 5 years in construction/reconstruction.
Their eye for detail, color, shape, and design is apparent in not only the decor, color palette, and garden design, but also in the INCREDIBLE food they prepare and serve.

WE were privileged to dine there today in celebration of Doug and Robin's FIRST wedding anniversary.
Richard and Jose out did themselves - their attention to our comfort, attention to detail, attention to service, all was above and beyond.
I wish I had taken fotos of the food, you'll just have to believe me when I say the bowls, cups, plates, and saucers were licked clean! They absolutely helped make this an unforgettable experience.
